Meet our Team
Elise Sullivan is the resident scientist at CATA where she teaches Biology and Earth Sciences.
After getting her Ph.D. studying how bacteria degrade pollutants, she
taught microbiology at UNH for 15 years. She then took a few years break to focus on raising her 3 kids and developing her skills as a photographer. Teaching at CATA allows her to combine her love of biology with her passion for visual arts.
When she is not teaching she can be found wandering the seacoast with camera in hand, photographing the natural beauty of this region.
